Format Check XNNNSXXX is the format where

X is an uppercase alphabet from A-Z, N is number from 0-9 and S is space.

Absolute referencing is fixing the row and column references to prevent change of cell
reference when it is copied or replicated.

It is needed here as the function in cell E4 will be replicated down upto E8.

If B1 is not made absolute it will result in #NA errors or incorrect values.

Therefore we use $B$1 to make the cell absolute.
