Sub. Minutes Of Meeting Between M/s DP Control And Mr. Deepak S. Bagewadi.
Held On August 2020.

The meeting held for the Understanding about contractual work responsibilities of Mr. Deepak Bagewadi ( D B )
with M/s DP Control Organisation.

In meeting Following Understanding is agreed between DP & DB for

DB will start consulting with DP control from 1st August 2020 ,
and will work on following Areas with DP

A Marketing Support.

1 Technical support to DP'S Marketing persons to get Enquiries.

2 Costing for Enquiries & Preparation of Techno-commercial Offers.
3 Technical support for Finalisation of Purchase Order
4 Try to Add new Clients

B Design & Execution Support After Receiving Purchase Order

1 Preparation of GA Drawing for Equipments.

2 Preparation of Fabrication & Detailing / Bill of Materials for Equipments.
3 Finalisatiion of Supplier/ Vendors & Placing Purchase Orders on Vendors
4 Follow up with Vendors for Delivery
5 Check Quality & work progress with Vendors
6 Internal Inspection + Preparation of Internal Inspection Report.
7 Final Inspection & Gate Despatch Clearance from Client.
8 Support Accounts to receive Payment from Client.

C DP will compensate the work by following Terms:

DP will compensate Ten Percent(10%) of Purchase Order's Basic Value as a consultancy charges to DB (For Damper Orders)

Mode of payment will be :

a) Rs. 40,000 to 60,000 Per Month
b) Rs. 50,000=00 by Cash at the time of Diwali.

At the end of each financial year All Commision will be cleared and squared up by deducting all above
All take home money pre month + diwali 50,000/- will be deducted from settlement amoutnt and balance will be paid .
