#CANT HURT ME

#CHALLENGE 1
Well my story is quiet different I am the most loved one
in my family didn’t have much of a family problems yeah
I had problems at school and studies . yeah I was even an
introvert. I was that much of a quiet kid that children
thought that I am a nerd but nah so they made fun of me
even on my looks and when they figured out that I am
not an nerd so yeah the fun increased for them. They
figured out this by my marks not good in
academics,sports and not good looking created quiet a
problem for me and yeah don’t forget the introvertness.
In nursery met a teacher who saw something in me
which other teachers didn’t saw they said he will do
great in life and become a success. Even though she
knew that I was slow at learning this was said by some
psychologists who said that he will be quiet slow at
learning but will have a great visual memory. So lets fast
forward to 9 class things were quiet same I was failing in
my tests even after plenty of hardwork I asked god why
the hell I am not getting marks but then my real problem
came in a tution teacher who believed that if you have
good marks you are a kind person even though marks
doesn’t relate with kindness and behavior and if you
have bad marks you are the worst student and kid even
though you are doing plenty of hardwork. My other
teachers made me believe that I am different in positive
way and she kicked the positivity out of me she even said
me that I will end up as a janitor on streets and during
those days I was already in depression because of regular
compartments even after plenty of hardwork. One day
she lied me that I made my parents cry at that moment I
felt like crying she said what a boy he isn’t even crying
well are boys easily allowed to cry and you known the
answer. So I left that tution and yeah cleared my boards
with flying colours. There were some girls in 12 who said
me that they feel like vomiting after seeing my face so
please take away your face from us unfortunately it was
my birthday that day what a pleasant gift she gave me I
wont forget it there some boys who made fun of me in
the basement for my marks I didn’t even knew them .
after my 12 boards went into lockdown because of
corona and went into depression also lost my positivity
and started binge watching but somehow I overcame and
a better person still improving. So my bad cards didn’t
arrive early neither late . early as compared to other
students which made me a stronger person #canthurtme
looking forward to other challenges and improvements.

#CHALLENGE
2
Now everyday you have got to look yourself into the
mirror and say yourself the truth whatever it is whether
it is you have started to slide back into old habits
whether you have started becoming lazy whether you
have started procrastinating or anything bad or
unhealthy you have started doing unintentionally say it
take its accountability that you are doing it and then
improve it.

#CHALLENGE 3
Do something that you know is good for you especially
when you have to come out of your comfort zone no
matter how small that thing is just do it. It can be even
making your own bed. Start making your weaknesses
your strengths.

#challenge 4
Now you have got to take some souls by exceeding your
expectations by doing something they didn’t expect by
laughing at a bully’s word. Excellence is one of the way to
earn people’s respect and taking their souls by this
method the demotivators will start getting tired and they
will give up on you and you soon might become their
inspiration. They will be like how did he do it? And one
more you can even remember the moments when you
took some souls this will help you to drive forward.

#Challenge 5
A human mind thinks 2000 to 3000 thoughts in an hour
out of which most of them is useless. Learn to manage
your thoughts. Because it is vital for human success. Start
visualizing (submodalities) your success even the struggle
of that success and handling that problems. Remember
visualization will never compensate for work undone.
You cannot visualize lies. These strategies will work only
if you put in the work. This challenge does not have to be
physical and victory doesn’t mean you came first. It can
mean you finally have overcome a fear or any other
obstacle. Through this you will be prepared on the
journey and you will even train your mind.

#challenge 6
Create your own cookie jar which will contain your past
failure and obstacles which you have overcome in your
past not just mere float through your memories but feel
what it felt like during those victories and access your
sympathetic nervous system . which will eventually make
you remember what a badass motherfucker you are . it
can be even overcoming an addiction .
#challenge 7
Push past your limits . Whenever you will feel you have
reached 100 % of exhaustion it is just that part of your
brain which protects you from pain and injury it will beg
you to stop . At that moment self talk to your brain and
try to push further 5 or 10 % and make it firm. And you
have to continuously do this increase and firm in this way
you will be able to achieve those things which were once
impossible for you .
