Dear Parents/Guardians,

Good day!

The English Club is organizing community outreach projects as one of the endeavors of Project I SAVE
(Immersion Scheduling Advocacy Valuing Education). The target/chosen group is the AETA Community
located at Ariada, Alangan, Limay, Bataan. This is sponsored by The Great Commission Foundation, Inc. that
provides relief/ aid to needy people in times of calamities and engages in mission mobilization and leadership
development. The whole day activity will be held on March 9, current. The following projects to be done on the
said date are as follows:
 Donate - A – Book Project – This activity aims to provide books among AETA children and parents
that would enhance them to enjoy reading.
 Give – a – Gift Project - This activity intends to donate simple tokens to these needy people.
 Feeding Project – This activity endeavors to share nutritional food for a healthy way of living.
 Seminars on Leadership, Financial Literacy, Family Planning and Health Environment – This
activity seeks to have a clear understanding regarding important issues in the community.
 Reading and Numeracy Literacy – This activity undertakes young children or even elders to love
reading and numbers.
(Attached are the action plan and program of activities for the said projects.)

In view thereof, the undersigned informs your child is one of the student- representatives who will participate on
the said activity. In collaboration with you as our partner, we are very confident that your SUPPORT and
GUIDANCE to our children is primary.

It is hoped that your benevolence regarding this matter is deeply sought.
