The methodology included research on exclusive breastfeeding facilitators.

The review examined

exclusive breastfeeding facilitators from qualitative and quantitative research. Exclusive
breastfeeding was hindered by maternal work. The studied mothers often felt their breast milk
supply was insufficient. Social-cultural influences, notably mother and baby nutrition views,
hindered exclusive breastfeeding.

Despite these obstacles, some nursing women discovered strategies to enhance their
breastfeeding (Braillon & Bewley, 2018, p.62). Healthcare professionals must understand
exclusive breastfeeding determinants. Healthcare practitioners must understand the hurdles to
exclusive breastfeeding and give appropriate anticipatory assistance. Hence, healthcare
practitioners improved newborn and mother health outcomes.
