To expedite the continuous processing of transaction of the campus, the Canvass Committee is
hereby created;

COMPOSITION:

2. HONORIO ENTERESO Vice Chair
3. END – USER Member

Functions of the Canvass Committee:

A. Receive, field and retrieve personally the canvass or price quotation from eligible
prospective suppliers/dealers;
B. Make sure that quotation contain the signature, complete name, address and contact
number of the supplier/dealer.
C. Maintain record of submitted canvass/quotations of BAC Secretariat and assume
accountability on the authenticity and truthfulness of the information as well as signatures
reflected in the canvass of the information as well as the signatures reflected in the
canvass/quotation form.

Terms of Office

The composition of the LBAC shall serve for a term of one (1) year reckoned from the
date of designation based of the criteria set by RA 9184; renewable at the discretion of the
President. They shall however continue to function until their successor shall have been
identified.
