Meeting started at exactly 5:00 in the afternoon.

1. BOD Rhodora Ubani declared that the meeting is in quorum.
2. BOD Beth Sabando moved to start the meeting and proceed with the election for the
Chairman of the Board.
3. BOD Rosemarie Viana nominated BOD Rhodora Ubani for the position of Chairman of the
Board.
4. Upon nomination, duly made, seconded and unanimously voted, it was resolved, that BOD
Rhodora Ubani is the new Chairman of the Board.
5. BOD Letecia Homoroc nominated BOD Elizabeth Sabando for the position of Vice-Chairman
of the Board.
6. Upon nomination, duly made, seconded and unanimously voted, it was resolved, that BOD
Elizabeth Sabando is the new Vice-Chairman of the Board.
7. There being no other matters to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 5:40pm.
