INSTRUCTIONS:-

It shall be mandatory for the New Private Un-Aided Law College to start and continue both
3-year and 5-year law courses. No permission shall be granted for the establishment of a

New Private Un-Aided Law College unless it is located within a distance of 30KMs from a
place where District Court or Addl. District Court is located.
New Private Un-Aided Law Colleges will be permitted provided the applicant Society / Trust

has its own building in its own land.
The Educational Society / Trust which is proposing to start an Unaided Private law College is
3. advised to read thoroughly the Guidelines booklet supplied along with this application before
filling up the application form and do not leave any column unfilled.
If the information furnished against any item in the application form is found to be
contradictory to the information furnished in any other item of the application, the

application shall be summarily rejected. The application, which is not completely and
properly filled in, shall also be rejected.
If the space provided against any item is found insufficient, a separate sheet may be used as
5. annexure for furnishing all the details. The reference number of annexure shall be
indicated against the relevant item.
6. Ensure that all the documents mentioned in the application form are enclosed.
The applicant is expected to furnish information against all columns in the form. However,

if some of them are not relevant, write “NOT APPLICABLE “ against such items.
The Educational Society / Trust has to produce the original documents whenever required
8. by the authorities of Telangana State Council of Higher Education and the University
concerned.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
 The Educational Society / Trust which is proposing to start an Unaided Private Law College is advised to
read thoroughly the rules booklet supplied along with the application before filling up the application form
and not leave any column unfilled.
 Incomplete Application forms will not be considered.
 The Educational Society / Trust have to produce the original documents whenever required by the authorities
of Telangana State Council of Higher Education and the University concerned.
 New Private Un-Aided Law Colleges will be sanctioned which have own and permanent building in its own
land.
 It shall be mandatory for the New Private Un-Aided Law Colleges to start and continue both 3-year and 5-
