1 Diploma / Degree ---- any

D Work Experience :
1 6- 10 Year experience

F Role Job Description :


  Should be able to manage projects as Lead Engineer and be responsible for the proper and timely
execution of projects ensuring the Department quality management system and any project specific
contractual requirements are met
- Must have thorough knowledge in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, 3 D
modelling (i.e. AutoCAD /Revit //BIM 360), MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation and 3D
design model reviews.
- Provide leadership skills in Piping Engineering with ability to handle large teams in a multi-office
environment
- Responsible for issue of all piping deliverable documents. Organize inputs and supervise for
preparation general layout, equipment layout, key plans, support design, isometrics, material take offs,
stress analysis, pipe material specifications and material requisitions.
- Ensures effective communications among other engineering disciplines, project management and
Client teams.
- Defines the discipline scope of work and the required resources (that could be outsourced also for the
majority) and develops input for the Piping Execution Plan.
- Participates in daily scrum meetings, project status meetings and is responsible for correct reporting of
amongst other project status, progress, delays, change notices, performance measurement, lessons
learned and close-out
- Assumes responsibility for piping engineering workload in term of cost, schedule, budget control.
- Ensures effective management of change.
- Is able to contribute in development and growth of people (e.g. coach junior engineers).
- Is able to produce proposals for projects which involve man hour- and schedule estimates related to
the Piping scope of work
- Undertake developmental activities like preparation of work instructions / procedures / guidelines

Knowledge of Following system
1
Piping / Fire Fighting / HVAC / Utility / Electrical / WTP / ETP / STP etc.
2 Good knowledge of MS office
3 Good Communication skill
4 Basic Calculation
5 Ability to work under pressure / punctual on work etc.

Today Site Visit Report dt 2nd Nov 2021 –

Heat Exchanger cooling system –


Terrace piping layout fix , tomorrow Heat exchanger size will confirm after visit HRS – Tomorrow myself vist to
HRS office pune .
Layout ground floor and First floor – Fixed with comments
Detail Engg after today visit at HRS .

Nagesh explain to Sateesh about system at actual location but pending detail BOQ

3M WTP –

Mechanical work –
1. Tomorrow Pump to be confirmed by Data sir – ( KSB Pump MOC CS )
2. ETP , Drain line , Trolley Sketch with BOQ provide by Satish
3. Arrest punch point –
4. Daily Hose keeping before and after
5. Pit cover – Akbar
6. RO – Dosing pump installation

Electrical work –
1. Complete termination for RO dosing pump – Ketan & Abdulla
2. As discussed ketan & data sir for further Logic & Auto trial preparation work – Ketan
3. Cable cover installation – Clamp not on site ( Amar pl coordinate and provide material )
4. Punch point to be list by Ketan & share to Datta sir and us
5. Balance Level sensor installation pending

Propane Gas -

1. Deshraj In charge for work . two days target for completion


2. Asif select for whole propane gas on lumsum , all consumable , PPE , safety his in scope .

Loreal –
Follow up Payment – 12th Nov to be released
10% billing after complete trail run – Client comments “,he want clear water “,
so Amar will confirm water availability than make plan – tomorrow myself will call to client

कार्यक्रम खूप छान आयोजित के ला होता विशेष म्हणजे विनोद साहेबांची सजावट चांगली होती, आकाश
उत्तम अँकरिंग आणि संस्थेचा तक्ता तयार के ला होता त्यामुळे प्रत्येकाने विभागनिहाय कर्मचारी समजून
घेतले.

सायली मॅडमने स्टाफची माहिती छान तयार के ली होती


त्यामुळे कर्मचार्‍यांचे तपशील सहज समजले
कार्यक्रमात सर्वांचा सहभाग होता,
रांगोळी छान होती

न्याहारी छान आणि दुपारचे जेवणही उत्तम - विविधतेची संख्या, खाद्यपदार्थांची निवड अतिशय सुरेख.

कर्मचार्‍यांना मनोरं जन खे ळाच्या मार्गाने काही सं देश दिले गे ले, जसे की


सं वाद कसा साधावा, इतरांना कसे समजून घ्यावे , सां घिक कार्य म्हणजे
काय. सामर्थ्य कसे तयार करावे etc

पुरस्कार कार्यक्रम चांगला आहे आणि तो चालूच राहिला पाहिजे. त्यामुळे ते कर्मचार्‍यांसाठी प्रेरणादायी
होते. भविष्यात पुरस्कारासोबत प्रमाणपत्रही वितरित के ले जावे.
