Directions

1. Thaw the turkey.

2. Clean out the turkey. Dry it.

3. Put in a pan. Put it breast down.

4. Peel and cut onions and carrots. Put in the turkey. Cut the celery. Put in the

turkey.

5. Microwave butter. Pour on to the turkey.

6. Add salt and pepper.

7. Cook at 325. Baste every 30 or 45 minutes.

8. When the turkey’s temperature is 180, it is finished.
