This letter is to certify that _________________________, of legal age, acquired a loan

amounting of 60,000PHP from Miss Maritess F. Tolentino, of legal age. The said amount was given this
22nd day of February 2023 and With ______________ Property (House) in NPC Line Baba, Brgy 171,
Bagumbong Caloocan City as collateral.

Both parties agreed that said amount will be given to Miss Tolentino within 2 years. And aside
from that, the rent of the house which amounting to _______PHP monthly will be given to miss
Tolentino While ____________________ hasn’t returned the exact amount of the money loaned by miss
Tolentino.
