    Provide mooring.

    Phase 1 of the Municipal Marina (2007-2012), as reoriented post 2009 Windstorm. It operated as a joint-infrastructure project (public/private) until the Municipality (April 2012) assumed full control over
    the project as the key strategic objective “to retain and enhance the existing Municipal Marina” with the Downtown Waterfront Revitalization Strategy (February 2012).

    OUTCOMES
    Sufficient, safe, serviced and secure mooring.
