    To DENY Lansdowne Landing Marina Parking

    OUTCOMES
    No Marina parking at the Lansdowne site.
    Tourist parking created further from marina than local commercial area (ie: East of the Main
    Street).
    Reduction or elimination of traffic congestion and gridlock.
    Improved beautification of Lansdowne waterfront.
    Increased customer volume within the commercial area.
    Economic opportunities, investment and growth from proven (vice “forecast”) customer
    numbers and their needs/demands.
