REQUEST FOR USE OF CHURCH VENUE

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I am writing to respectfully request the use of our church venue on August 18th and 19th, 2023 for an
upcoming program organized by the Teen Solutions department. The program aims to equip teenagers
with practical knowledge in discipleship, global harvest (evangelism), and the Holy Spirit.

Our goal is to provide a solid foundation of Christianity for these young people, address their questions
and concerns, and equip them with the necessary tools to become fruitful Christians in the future. We
believe that this program can make a real difference in the lives of the teenagers who participate, and we
are excited at the prospect of partnering with our church to bring this to the community.

We understand that our church is a busy place and would take every precaution to ensure that the
program does not disrupt your regular activities. Our team will work with you to create a schedule that is
convenient for all parties and will ensure that the facilities are well-maintained throughout the event.

We kindly request your support and approval for the use of our church venue. Please let us know if there
