The body needs its rest and sleep plays a vital role. Getting enough sleep is necessary
for a person to maintain quality of life.

Having enough sleep is essential because it enables the body to release important
hormones and recharges our brain to be fit and ready for another day. More so, regular
exercise and eating a balanced diet is as important as sleeping well.

The following are some of the benefits of having a right amount of sleep:

1. Better productivity and concentration 7. More social and emotional intelligence

2. Lower weight gain risk 8. Lower inflammation

3. Better calorie regulation 9. Stronger immune system

4. Greater athletic performance 10. Improves your memory

5. Lower risk of heart disease 11. Keeps your heart healthy
