ESCROW AGREEMENT

This Escrow Agreement is made this XX day of December 2022, by and among DANK CAPITAL SAPI
DE CV. (Hereinafter in this agreement, the “Purchaser”) and
________________________________(Hereinafter in this agreement the “seller”).

The sums of the STANDARD PURCHASE ORDER CONTRACT 100 million USDT erc20 at the discounted
price of .97 per each coin called the “Escrow Deposits”).

Escrow wallet to receive USDT (erc20):___________________________

Escrow wallet to receive BTC: __________________________________
(Hereinafter the “Escrow Agent”), in trust, and disbursed only in accordance with the following
provisions:

Upon receipt of the USDT (erc20) at the designated escrow wallet form the Seller, the
Escrow Agent will immediately release the hold on the wire transfer that has been
previously schedule by the purchaser to pay to the Seller.

1. All instructions to the Escrow Agent have been set here. If said instructions have been signed
by both Seller and Purchaser, then the Escrow Agent shall carry out said instructions
immediately.

2. The Purchaser and Seller shall be jointly and severally liable to Escrow Agent for reasonable
attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses in connection with the commencement and prosecution of
such a suit and any appeal or appeals therefrom The Escrow Agent shall not be liable for any
act done or omitted by it in good faith, or for anything which it may in good faith do or refrain
from doing in connection with its duties as Escrow Agent.

3. The parties agree to pay Escrow Agent the sum of .25% of funds handled for the provision of
services under the terms of this Agreement. This fee shall be paid by the purchaser.

4. The Parties agree that the the Escrow Agent will only release the coins when the wire clears on
the sellers bank account , if the wire doesn’t clear in 48 hours he will return the coins to the
seller immediately.
