You are a newly recruit Research & Development Executive at ESOFT Metro Campus. Your first
job is to study ESOFT Metro Campus & Education industry.

Task 1

Prepare a detailed report about ESOFT and Education industry using Microsoft Word. Use a
professional report structure to prepare this report. When you are creating this report, you can use
Microsoft Excel and its functions where necessary.

Use a readily available dataset such as the numbers associated with the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Write a short report integrating excel charts to show the top 5 countries for infections, deaths,
recoveries, vaccination, etc. Use different types of charts to illustrate your answer.

One of the most powerful features of Word is the mail merge function which lets you create unique
documents based on a template. Use an excel file containing names and address details and merge it
with a letter drafted in Word to output unique letters. Your document should have a unique
salutation and a unique address per letter.
