    Subject: Lost library books in school

    Good day, Ms!

    It is to state with much care and respect that I am a 1st year college student of the
    Chemical Engineering Department and I fond of books and a regular visitor of library. On
    Thursday of February 16, 2023 I had a book in my entitlement titled ‘Physics for scientist and
    engineers’, yet I haven’t returned it due to leaving it in class and have not found it since.

    I have been told the specific book was a donation and I will not be tasked of paying
    it’s original price of 1,200 php, but just 10 php per day since the day I was to return it, which
    by the Monday of February 13, 2023 will be 170 php.

    I regret for not submitting the books on the due date so kindly accept my apology for
    this inconvenience. I will return the books if ever I found them. I hope you understand and
    will cater me accordingly.

    Thank you and looking forward for a kind action. I apologize greatly for the
    inconvinience this brings.
