That the area of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDSRED (1,500) in the name of the late AUGUSTO O.
SUMILANG was subdivided into Three Lots, mentioned above;

That Lot 389-E-3-B with an area of TWO HUNDRED ONE (201) SQUARE METERS was subject
to a Deed of Absolute Sale in favor of JONATHAN N. AGUILA;

That this instrument is part and parcel of the Deed of Extra Judicial Settlement With Sale.
