This is based on the feedback form. We have considered all the criteria’s and the total satisfaction % was
found to be 92.5% which is a good satisfactory % greater than last year 85.75%. We would like to maintain
this satisfaction to above 90% in the coming year. This shall be reviewed during next MRM and based on
that a new target shall be kept if the 90% was achieved by next MRM.The area of improvement shall be to
make 4 in to 5 so that the above satisfaction target is achieved by next year.
