ACTIVITY TITLE: Essay #6
REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
How can you describe a good leader? How does a good leader contribute to the overall
performance of the group in achieving their objectives?
Student’s Answer:

A great leader, as we all know, is brave in every way. A good leader has a variety of traits, including a

clear vision, humanism, honesty, and a laser-like focus on the objectives. A good leader never lets anyone

down and is unafraid of working alone to accomplish a goal. A good leader uses strategies and effective

planning to achieve goals and objectives. A good leader adheres to moral standards, laws, and other

guidelines.

Consider a situation when a leader's followers cannot follow their instructions or travel down the

path the leader has outlined. We frequently discuss the qualities that make a good and effective leader, as

well as the traits and distinguishing characteristics of a leader. The fact that a leader is nothing without

their supporters is ultimately overlooked. Followers are directly responsible for a leader's success. In that

situation, only after possessing all the unique character qualities and personality characteristics of a good

and effective leader will the leader be able to achieve the needed goals. Such an individual will not be

seen as a good leader.

Leaders frequently introduce paradigm shifts to achieve a goal or an objective. It could be necessary

for followers to adjust their behavior and put these ideas into practice. Because flexibility is required of

followers, rigid followers will not be able to accept the paradigm shift that the leader introduces.
