of muscles to perform repetitive
contractions against a force for an
extended period. The greater
your muscular endurance the higher
number of repetitions you could complete.
FLEXIBILTY
• Is the range of motion in a joint or
group of joints or the ability to
move joints effectively through a
complete range of
motion. Flexibility training
includes stretching exercises to
lengthen the muscles and may
include activities like yoga or Tai
Chi.
BODY
COMPOSITION
• Is a method of breaking down the body into its core
components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It
describes your weight more accurately and provides a
better glimpse into your overall health than traditional
methods. Body composition analysis can accurately
show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat
percentage.
CARDIOVASCULAR
FITNESS

• Is a health-related component of
physical fitness that is brought about by
sustained physical activity. A person's
ability to deliver oxygen to the working
muscles is affected by many
physiological parameters, including
heart rate, stroke volume, cardiac
output, and maximal oxygen
consumption.
MUSCULAR
STRENGTH

• Is the amount of force you can put out or the

amount of weight you can
lift. Muscular endurance is how many times you
can move that weight without getting exhausted
(very tired).
WHAT ARE THE INDICATORS OF FITNESS?
