- In addition to proper diet and activity, true wellness includes getting


enough sleep, practicing mindfulness, coping with stress, keeping my body
and mind healthy, and socializing. Also I eat a balanced diet that is high in
whole foods. I Effectively manage all my emotions. I have enough energy to
get through this day and complete my daily to-do list. I feel rested when I
get up.
- Prioritize new healthy habits. Get used to physical activity that you can do
anytime, anywhere. If safe, take the stairs or get off the bus one stop
earlier. Plan a day a week to do your grocery shopping and prepare healthy
meals that you can freeze and eat later when you don't have time to cook.
The most important is to make my Spiritual healthy in order for me to
experience a change.
