Administrative Advices
The following test cases will test whether an issuer Dual Message authorization application for issuers that
participate in the Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) and have opted into receiving Adminstrative
Advices can receive the token notifications; process them, and send correctly formatted Administrative Responses.

NOTE: The test transaction data must be updated with the DE 120 values that issuers want to receive in each test case.
