LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Missions 101 Course offered by the Couples For Christ Institute on October 12 and 13,
2018

I further acknowledge the following terms:

1. Students must complete the entire lecture in order to secure a certificate. In an

event of a personal emergency situation, approval will be on a case to case
basis.

2. Grounds for non-issuance of certificates are the following:

a. Absence of 2 lectures for the entire course

b. Cumulative tardiness of 30 minutes
c. Incomplete submission of required paper works

a. Absence of 1 lecture for the entire course

b. Tardiness of 30 minutes
