Application: Multi-grade mineral based motor oil for use in heavy-duty
commercial vehicle diesel engines, passenger cars gasoline and
diesel engines in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

2. HAZARDS IDENTIFICATION
Classification of the Product: Product is not classified as dangerous.
Physical and chemical hazards: No hazards.
Health hazards: A product is not classified as dangerous for human
health.
Environmental hazards: Product is not classified as dangerous for environment.

4. FIRST AID MEASURES


Eye Contact: Rinse eyes with a running water at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists,
seek medical advice.
Skin Contact: Immediately rinse affected area with water and soaps. If symptoms
persist seek medical advice.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting to prevent the product into the respiratory
tract. Give nothing to drink.
Bring a victim to a fresh air. If symptoms persist seek medical advice.
Inhalation:
Other information: In severe cases or if symptoms persist, call a doctor or an
ambulance.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES
Suitable extinguishing media: Chemical powder, foam, CO2
Unsuitable extinguishing media: Carbon oxide and carbon dioxide may be liberated.
Special exposure hazards arising from the substance or Organic, halogen and inorganic compounds may be
preparation itself, combustion products, resulting gases: liberated.
Special protective equipment for fire fighters: Use a mask, which protects breathing system. Use
protecting clothes. Cool heated containers with water.
Do not dispose together with household waste.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
General information: See section 8. Provide good ventilation. Store in safe
distance from sources of sparks and fire. Deal with
product as chemical substance.
Environmental precautions: Keep product from entering sewers, underground and
over-ground water.
Methods for cleaning up: Absorb with liquids binding material (sand, diatomite,
acid or universal binders, sawdust). Dispose material in
accordance with section 13. Do not dispose together with
household waste.

7. HANDLING AND STORAGE


Handling: Make sure that before and after using product container
is tightly closed. Do not inhale a product vapor. Store in a
safe distance from heat sources. Product vapor is heavier
than air. Immediately take off polluted clothes. Provide
good ventilation.
Storage: Store at room temperature. Keep away from contact with
water, moisture and any sources of ignition. Store tightly
closed in a cool, good ventilated place. Do not store
together with strong oxidizers. Provide good ventilation.

8. EXPOSURE CONTROLS/PERSONAL PROTECTION


Technical requirements: Do not inhale a product vapor. Immediately take off polluted clothes. In
work time do not eat, drink or inhale a product vapor. Avoid from contact
with skin and eyes.

Exposure Limits: MAK:50ppm


Oil: 5 mg/m3
Eye and skin protection: Use nitric protecting gloves in accordance with regulations EN 374.
Use chemical substances resistant clothes. Use protecting goggles.
Respiratory protecting: If ventilation is inadequate use respirator with A type filter.
Hygiene measures: Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact, especially with used or dirty
product. Immediately remove contaminated clothing. If the product
comes to the skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. Do
not use abrasives, solvents or fuels.
Eye Protection: If there is a risk of splashing, wear safety glasses.
Hand protection: Wear impermeable, resistant to hydrocarbons gloves.
Recommended materials: nitrile, neoprene.

10. STABILITY AND REACTIVITY

Chemical Stability: Normally stable at moderately elevated temperatures and pressures.


Conditions to Avoid: Can decompose under heat influence.
Materials to Avoid: Acid, oxidizing or reducing agents.
Hazardous decomposition products: Carbon oxide and carbon dioxide may be liberated. Organic, halogen,
and inorganic compounds may be liberated.

11. TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMATION

Acute toxicity: There is no evidence for toxicity.


Inhalation: Under normal operating conditions of the dangerous risk of infection is
impossible. Inhalation of vapors or aerosols in high concentrations can
cause irritation of the upper airways.
Contact with skin: Using in normal circumstances dangerous risk of infection is impossible.
Ingestion: Large quantities can cause abdominal pain and diarrhea.
Eye contact: There is no indication
Chronic exposure: Prolonged or repeated contact with contaminated clothing can cause a
skin disease characterized by (oil blisters).
Sensitivity: According to our knowledge the product in contact with the skin does
not increase sensitivity.

12. ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION


This product is not classified as dangerous for the environment.

Ecotoxicity: Experimental data about the product are not available. It is believed that
it's not dangerous to aquatic organisms. Information on the use of the
product is not available.
Mobility: Product loss through evaporation is low. In terms of physical-chemical
properties of the product in its mobility in soil low in the general case.
The product is insoluble in water. It spreads over the surface of water.
Persistence and degradability: Experimental data about the product are not available. The product
should be slowly

13. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS


Production waste and packaging waste should be placed in a safe manner in accordance with statutory requirements.
