Dear Mrs. Jopio and Mr. Sumampong,

A pleasant day to each of you, I’ am writing this letter as a reminder for the release of my claims which is
the Final pay. I have resigned last January 4, 2023 and it’s been more than Thirty days (30) from the date
of my resignation. Pursuant to DOLE circular #6 which pertains to the release of Final pay and Certificate
of Employment states the duration and coverage of the said PAY. As a Cooperative we abide the laws of
the land, and we recognize the rights of our members and employees. As a member I have my duly rights
separated from my employment which cannot be use as underlying obstruction to the release of my claim.
In fact, I have been an employee for Seven years (7) and have rendered services before without even
demanding for Overtime payment.
In this regard, as a law abiding citizen and as a member of AMOEC MPC and a past employee I’ am
expressing my disappointment for the lack of attention and urgency of my claims from the Management.
Yet, I’ am still writing this letter as respect for whatever matters in your behalf for the cause of delays. I’
am willing to wait until February 15, 2023- WEDNESDAY for any update and progress for my matters.
