C. give the importance of learning the different classification of body measurements.

Materials : Book, Visual Aid, Pictures, Chart, etc.

Good morning class!
Before we proceed to our new lesson let us
First review our previous lesson.
Through an activity, you will be divided into 3
groups each group will be given a piece of paper
containing clues. Read the clues and answer the
puzzle. The group who can answer the puzzle correctly
will earn points.

Class we will have an activity I am going to

divide you into three groups. I have here an
envelope that contains cut pictures, you are going
to arrange these cut pictures and guess what is it all
about, the group who can finish first will earn points

& for the group 3 circumferential measurements, you need
2-3 representatives from the group to report & demonstrate

Vertical measurement -is taken vertically from the top

1. Shoulder to bust- measure from the tip of shoulder

Here are some examples of horizontal measurement.

1. Shoulder to shoulder- measure across the back of neck

2. Shoulder to neck- measure from base of neck along top

Here are some examples of circumferential measurements

1. Bust - lift your arms to the side. Measure around the body
