ANNOUNCEMENT
COMMON CAR PARKING BAYS FOR LEASE
(RENTAL) FOR 2023-2024
Please be informed that the Management has eighteen (18) common car
parking bays available for leasing to all registered Proprietors.

Proprietors who would like to lease the car parking bays from the
Management are required to submit their application to the
Management by 22 March 2023, 1.00 pm.

The application forms are available at the Management Office.

The conditions of the lease are as follow: -

1. The application of the lease (rental) of the car parking bays are opened
to all LIVE-IN registered Proprietors (not Tenant) who have ONLY 1
CAR PARK and have fully paid their Service (Maintenance) Fee up to
the month of March 2023.
2. Proprietors must own 2 cars and above, and the car registration no. is
required to be provided in the Application Form.
3. The last date (deadline) for the submission of the Application Form
is 22 March 2023, 1.00 pm
4. Late submission will not be entertained / accepted under any
circumstances.
5. The lease (allocation) of the car parking bays will be conducted via open
balloting. THE DATE OF THE BALLOTING WILL BE ON 25 MARCH
2023, SATURDAY. 11.00AM AT CLUBHOUSE SUNRISE GARDEN
KONDOMINIUM.

6. All applicants are required (compulsory) to attend the balloting of the

car parking bays.
7. The tenure of the lease is for twelve (12) months commencing
01 April 2023 – 31 March 2024 at a rate of RM120 per month.
8. The use of the car parking bays is subject to the By-Laws of The Sunrise
Garden Condominium.
