ABOUT:
•The Proposed site is south oriented, With main road
running parallel to the site on the southern side and the
Western side Connecting to the 4-Lane highway.
PLANNING
•The Village has 14 blocks, 34 towers and 1,168 air-conditioned flats.
•There are 7floors in a building ,each floor consist of 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK, and
5BHK air conditioned flats, 2 lifts and a basement of residential parking.. The common
corridor on each floor connects these flats, along with one main entrance to the
building and 2 emergency exits.
•each flat consist of a living room, kitchen attached to the servant quarters. common
toilet and bedrooms with attached toilet.
•All the building are constructed of locally availably materials that are available in the
vicinity of 100 Km. All the building are constructed with fly ash concrete blocks , FLOOR PLAN OF CLUB HOUSE. CLUB HOUSE GYM
cladded with sand stone. , all the balconies are of steel and glass facade. The path ways
used in the complex are of granite and sand stone.
• At regular intervals in the plazas there are gazebos that lead to the cellar., the roof of
the gazebos are of refurbished fiberglass as well
•As the site is divided into 4 zones, each zone is built on different levels i.e the
basement of the first zone is the ground floor of the second zone.. This is in respect
with the contour of the site..Each block consist of the 1 park and landscape plaza
separates the zones. all the bedrooms of the buildings are opened to the balcony. In
case of 3bhk, 4bhk, 5bhk there are connecting balconies.
•The plan and elevations of all the residential buildings in the complex are similar..
The plan of the club house is an organic one. the club house consist of a large gym,

AVAILABLE MATERIALS. WLLAS ARE BILT OF BRICKS. STONE AND CLADDED WITH SAND
STONE.THESE WALLS ARE OF 0.5 M THICK AND THE FOUNDATIONS ARE OF LOAD BEARING.
THESE BUILDS ARE CONSTRUCTED ON THE REMAINS OF SIRI FORT AND RESEMBLES THE CALSSIC
INDIAN STYLE OF COMMUNITY.
THE ROOFS OF THESE BUILDINGS ARE OF EARTHEN CLAY POTS. AND THE EXTENDED
BALCONIESWHICH OPEN THE BEDROOMS OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILING.
ALL THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS ARE RENOVATION AND THE LANDSCAPE MAINTAINACE IS
