HEAVY DUTY CIP ALKALINE CLEANER - PRO-CLEAN

• Pro-Clean incorporates a blend of Caustic Soda, Surfactants,

Sequestrants and Soil Suspending Agents to quickly penetrate, remove,
solubilise and suspend Organic Soiling.

• Pro-Clean contains a low foam wetting system ensuring its suitability for
CIP cleaning operations.• Total aerobic count

• Enterobacteriaceae

Pro-Clean is a clear, pale amber, is mixture of Alkaline and Surfactant, high wetting and high efficient cleaning.

Pro-Clean is a Heavy Duty Detergent for CIP, removal of Fatty, Caffeine, Tannin and Proteinaceous Soiling from
Food, Milk and Beverage Processing Equipment.

Pro-Clean is especially designed for UHT CIP and it can be only used on Stainless Steel, Plastic and Latex Surface.

CIP CLEANING OF MILK VESSELS AND PIPEWORK:

Use up 0.25% - 0.3% NaOH and heat to 75oC. Circulate through pipe work or via CIP spray balls for 10-20 minutes.
Rinse with cold
water. Treat equipment with Acidic Cleaner or Sanitiser as required.
CIP CLEANING OF PASTEURISING PLANTS:
Use up 0.6% - 2% NaOH. Circulate and heat to 80oC allowing 15-30 minutes contact. Rinse with cold water and Acid
