India.
2. To determine the employee’s perspective towards the wellness programmes.
3. To explore the emerging trends and challenges in implementing effective employment
engagement mechanisms in IT industry.
4. To determine the enabling factors that motivate the employees for higher engagement due
to the wellness programmes.
5. To identify the benefits to the company and the employees due to the wellness programs.

Scope of this study


 The vibrant and dynamic Indian IT sector has made a substantial contribution to the
GDP of the nation. Work-life balance is becoming more important as IT firms offer
employment options to a large talent pool..
 The organisation and its employees can benefit most from work-life balance
 I notice productivity enhancements primarily based each on program participation and
post-program health changes.
