Kindly note the instructions with reference to the Annual Examination for LKG to STD IX and ‘XI-2023. The Annual Examinations will commence on Sunday, 19 February 2023, Since CBSE examinations are simultaneously happening, the dates for the exams are set in accordance with the CBSE Time table. Kindly note the instructions: 1 6 Thanking you, » ‘The time table and portions are attached herewith for your planning and further preparation. Exams will begin at 8:15 am. and students will be sent home at 12:00 p.m. after the examination. Own transport students must reach the school latest by 7:50 am. Please ensure that the students will be preparing well to score the required marks for promotion to the next classes. Pass marks in all the subjects are mandatory for promotion to the next class, School buses will ply on all the days of the examination and students will be sent home immediately after the examination (12:00 p.m.). Own transport parents must pick their children from the school latest by 12:30 p.m. Students must attend the examinations in complete regular school uniform on all the days of the examination, They must bring the necessary stationery required for the examination on all the days. Lending or borrowing of materials will not be allowed in the examination hall, Students must refrain from involving in any unfair means during the examinations. In the event of any such cases, those will be treated seriously as per the guidelines of the CBSE and Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain. Open House (Declaration of Results) will be conducted on Wednesday, 22"! March 2023 from 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Book Distribution will also be done on that day for the promoted students. The further days and locations of book distribution will be intimated soon to all the parents. All the parents are requested to pay the pending fees including the months of February and March 2023 before the commencement of the examination for the students to attend the examination.
