Predictive Index (PI) is a survey that we have introduced to help us

understand what drives and motivates people. When you click on the
link, you will be taken to a landing page where you would need to enter
your basic details. After that, proceed to 1st Page and there you will
find about 80 Check Boxes of words like Clean, punctual, social, honest
etc.
Please check the boxes that you think are relevant to you or can be
associated with you.
Please read the Instruction on top of the page and thereafter, start
selecting Check boxes as you feel like.
After completing 1st page, Click 'next' to go to 2nd page. There also,
you will find about 80 boxes.
Please read Instruction on top of the page and select Boxes which will
be associated with you. It may take you hardly 5 to 10 minutes to
complete. However, there is no any time restriction and you may take
your own time to complete. And submit the Survey, once you
completed.

Instructions for PI Cognitive Assessment
(Note: These are the instructions for taking the PI Behavioral
Assessment test. The link will only be provided when taking the test.)
The Cognitive Assessment is a timed assessment.
There is a maximum number of 50 questions, and you have 12 minutes
to complete the assessment. It is highly unlikely that anyone completes
all 50 questions in the time allocated, so please do not worry if you only
get a portion of the way through. You have to try to attempt maximum
questions within the stipulated time period. In this test you will be
asked some verbal, numerical, abstract and logical questions. This tool
has a very high degree of cross-cultural validity and is available in over
70 languages.
If you have a mother tongue that you are still comfortable reading and
speaking, you are welcome to complete the survey in that language.
You can select your language of choice from the drop-down menu
when you sign in.
