About Riken Keiki Co. Ltd.

Riken Keiki Co. Ltd. was founded in 1939 working


closely with the Private Research Foundation
Institute of Physical and Chemical Research
(Currently known as the National Research and
Development Institute). Our core business is
manufacturing gas detection and monitoring
equipment based on the scientific knowledge from
the institute. All these years our product solutions
have been widely used to prevent industrial disasters
such as explosions caused by combustible gases and
poisoning caused by toxic gas leakage in the
workplace environments.

Every different industries require unique solution in


gas detection technologies. We pride ourselves in producing our proprietary gas sensors in Japan
that have been developed through years of experience serving semiconductor, electronics,
petrochemical, oil and gas, steel mills and marine industry.

We have long term commitment in research and development to further enhance our products and
solutions to protect the environment, our customers’ assets and safe lives.

In the present day we are listed on 1st section of Tokyo Stock Exchange with annual revenue of
USD 221 million. Our headquarter is located at Itabashi-Ku, Tokyo, Japan.
