Hi everyone,

Here we have the new set of STAY FIT AT YOUR HOME proposals. It is designed to promote body
awareness and self-management. It also includes some physical requirements but mainly,
psychomotor abilities.

Yes, that’s right! You need to be able to follow the rhythm, so you will improve:

 Your reaction time


 Your anticipation ability
 Your timing perception
 Your muscle endurance
 Motor memory and motor sequences building
 Follow and give instructions ability

But also, you will improve some personal competencies like:

 Overcoming your inhibition while dancing


 Developing your creativity
 Increasing your expressive abilities
 Enhancing your fitness level
 Reinforcing your willingness
 Being aware about your body posture
 Gaining some self-confidence
 Learning some criteria for making decision

Your new task for the next 4 days is to practise and learn this choreography

You only need to make a circle with whatever you find (for example…toilet paper???? hehe, use your
imagination!). Use your mobile to watch, listen and follow the music and the choreography. You will
repeat it as many times as you need to get used to the movements.

Challenge 1: You must be able to repeat the same sequence and record it.

Challenge 2: When you’ve got it, you will use different music/another song and the same set of
movements. And you will also record it.

Challenge 3: The third challenge is to create your own set of movements, different from the original
choreography, but with the same intensity.

I am still searching for the best way to share your impressive documents with me…. And how to have
all of us dance at the same time (or at least, in sessions of 2-6 or 8 school 3ºESO friends) …
