Many people nowadays have come to the realization that there

are simply not enough waking hours in the day to get everything
done. Daily responsibilities and tasks can take up a lot of time;
therefore, people often skip sleep in order to get everything
done. One can argue that a few hours here and there won't
matter, but sleep deprivation can have a significant impact on
one's mental and physical health.

First of all, lifestyle and habits. Some people have a daily habit

of consuming coffee or tea, which prevents them from falling
asleep at all. If you eat too much in the evening, you could have
physical discomfort when you lie down. Additionally, a lot of
folks get heartburn, which might keep them awake.  also stress
our mind may remain active at night due to worries, for example
worrying about your family, job, or school, which can make it
difficult to fall asleep. Lack of sleep can also be caused by
traumatic or stressful life events, including divorce, job loss, or
the death of a loved one.

People who have sleep deprivation also experience other

potentially fatal medical conditions. Diabetes, heart disease,
heart failure, heart attacks, and high blood pressure are only a
few of these illnesses. Sleep deprivation not only affects one's
physical health but also their mental health. Sleep is necessary
for learning since it helps with speedy thinking. Lack of sleep
can reduce one's mental attentiveness and attention span, which
makes it simpler to absorb information. Also, a lack of focus
might hinder a person's capacity for effective problem-solving .

Finally, the average, a person should be getting at least 7 hours

of sleep per night.Less than seven hours of sleep per night could
affect someone mentally and physically.
