Dear Ken,

You recently informed me that your parents had been criticising you for spending too
much time playing video games. In addition, I saw that you frequently take breaks
during class since you don't get enough sleep at night. It is detrimental to mental
health to stay up late. I am interested in video games and am aware of its
amusement value. Our stress can be greatly reduced by playing video games. A bad
lifestyle and distraction from your studies are the results of spending too much time
playing video games. Therefore, you should cut back on your gaming both for the
sake of your health and your parents' expectations. I'll also do all in my power to
assist you if you need it.

Here are three ideas to assist you alter your way of living and enhance your academic
achievement. To guarantee you won't spend too much time on it every day, you may
first restrict the amount of time you can use apps to control not to play games. Next,
control yourself. Video games can only be played after homework is completed. Your
grades will consequently steadily improve. Third, you may ask your parents for
assistance in achieving the goal, such as removing your phone and computer from
the study area which is a great method to improve attention.

I genuinely hope you can bounce back and adopt a healthy way of life. I shall thus
stand by your side always.

Best regards,

Jack
