KRA 1: Instructional Leadership

1.1 Accounted for the learning outcomes of school vis-a-vis Increased GSA per learning area by
2% at the end of the school year through the following strategies:

a. Used ICT in facilitating learning

b. Employed PWA in teaching Science and Mathematics

c. Exposed learners to questions and test items utilizing HOTs

d. Intensify SLAC on teachers

e. Implement ELLN in the early grades

f. Intensify School Reading Program

1.1.1 Increased Promotion rate by 90% of the total population at the end of the school

1.1.2 Maintain Zero Drop Out Rate

1.2 Performed instructional supervision to achieve learning outcomes

a. Conducted teacher’s meetings to set policies and standards for guidance towards a quality
education for SY:2019-2020

b. Assumed leadership and supervised teachers on the improvement of instructional program


especially the teaching learning process through actual observation.
