To better understand the cause of your issue, can you please provide the following:

1) Screenshots showing the issue? Screenshots should:

- Include every step, not just the end result / error

- Capture the full browser window, not small crops
- Annotate anything not clear from the image alone
- Paste all screens into a single word document for upload

2) From <agent_inst>/13.*.0.0.0/bin directory of the agent monitoring the target,

run and provide output:
./emctl status agent
./emctl listplugins agent -type all
./emctl config agent listtargets
./emctl pingOMS
./emctl upload agent

3) Zip and upload the following from the server that has the agent monitoring the
problematic target.
<agent_inst>\sysman\log
<agent_inst>\sysman\emd\targets.xml
<agent_inst>\sysman\emd\blackouts.xml
