    Written explanation of Fee Exemption

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to inform you that my spouse (Pui Kit Tam) and I are eligible for the fee
    exemption as a holder of a Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passport
    and a temporary resident in Canada. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and
    appreciation for the special measures put in place to support Hong Kong residents to
    come to Canada.

    Besides, as a foreign national applying for an Open Work Permit under public policy, we
    are exempt from the Open Work Permit Holder Fee.
