FOR GRADE V Mathematics

Kindly note the details regarding the practice sessions that will be conducted for
Grade V – Mathematics from Monday, 6th March 2023 to Friday, 29th March 2023,
and Monday, 3rd April 2023 to Monday, 10th April 2023.

· Practice worksheets based on Units 1 to 17 will be done as a guided /

independent practice during the mathematics classes conducted at school.
· Four practice papers as mock tests will be taken at the end of each week
to check the understanding of the concepts.
· Three practice worksheets will be given at home during the weekends
every Friday to be done as an independent practice.
· Microteaching of the concepts will be done during the regular
mathematics classes conducted at school.
· Doubt-clearing sessions and small group mentoring will be done once all
the practice worksheets are solved from Monday, 27th March 2023 to
Friday, 31st March 2023.
· All the required stationery like tracing paper/graph paper/grid paper will
be provided to the students during these practice sessions.
· Requesting the parents to send the following stationery items with the
students like a pencil, protractor, compass (rounder), and calculator that will be
needed during the practice sessions.
· Pre-boards (Assessment III) for English, Mathematics, and Science will
be conducted from 1st March 2023 to 3rd March 2023.
· PTM will be conducted on Friday, 17th March 2023 and individual
feedback will be given to the parents about the progress and understanding of
the work done by the students.
· Practice sessions for Pre-boards will be conducted from
Monday, 20th February 2023 to Tuesday, 28th February 2023.
