1. Government works such as Vacant Land Tax,Plan Approval,Estimation,Bank Loan, Electricity line,
Water line etc., are not covered by our side
2. 3D Animation view of Proposed Building will be provided with our special software (Extra
Charges applied)
3. Before starting work proposed land area should covered by green nets for Residential locations
4. Pesticide treatment work done at basement level
5. Super Structure:
Brick work upto 10'0" height with mortar (1 pack cement= 24 bond msand)
6. Sill level concrete for below the windows should be done with ratio of 1:2:4 (3" thickness)
8mm bit rod reinforcement
7. Lintel level concrete:
Main Rod - 10mm (4nos)
Ring Rod - 8mm; 6" c/c
Concrete thickness - 6" thickness
8. Loft & Sunshade Concrete 3" thickness with 1:2:4 ratio

9. Roof concrete :
Main Rod - 10mm 6" c/c
Distribution Rod - 8mm 7"c/c
Ring Rod - 8mm Concrete thickness - 5" thickness
Roof Height - 10' Height from basement level
Curing period - 18- 21 days
10. Plastering:
Plastering with 1:5 ratio ((1 pack cement= 20 bond msand))
11. Plumbing / Sanitory works:
• Seperate 1" UPVC outer line for closet & vessels washing area
• Separate 3/4" UPVC line for shower panels,wash hand basin,kitchen area
• CPVC pipes & fixtures for hot water line
• 1 Line water pipe= 1*1000 litre= 1 nos= Rate 5000
• Main line- each one line & distribute line Bath & kitchen
• Bathroom Sanitory fittings is under Client's scope (Shower panel, European water
closet, Wash hand basin , health faucet, mirrors, towel rod)
