    That diagram shows the way of producting fish pie.

    Generally, there are three stages of fish pie production,


    which starts with preparing potatoes and salmon and ends with
    mixing them into a pie.

    Salmon goes through seven processes before packing.


    The first three are: adding a lemon juice, salting and fish baking.
    The next ones include removing skin, bones and salmon inspecting.
    And the last two are adding preparied peas and sauce.

    At the same time the potatoes undergo cleaning, peeling and slicing.
    Then the potatoes are boiled and chilled whereupon it adds up to our salmon.

    In the end it gots wrapped and freezed afterwards it comes to store.
