tenant OKELLO MOURICE on the space of land PECHE GULU TOWN.

OKELLO MOURICE the tenant in this case has paid a sum of ug300,000shs(three hundred thousand)
which is to last a period of 3months from the date 10th/03/2023 to 10th/06/2023.

The tenant OKELLO MOURICE with clear notification and without fail should act to put this agreement
into consideration with all the monthly/timely payments and should work not to break any rule of law
concerning the matter because it will lead to automatic termination of this document.
