2. 40% UPON DESIGN CONFIRMATION
3. 50% FINAL PAYMENT TO BE MADE BEFORE 1 WEEK OF DELIVERY DATE

Terms & Condition:

1. Complimentary service for 3D design visualizing, if customer cancel the order or request for refund RM1,500 will be charged
each area for designing fees (include concept planning, 3D designing, 3D rendering and space planning).
2. Complimentary service for 3D design only applicable for 3 times design amendment; any design amendment more than 3
times will becharged RM300 per view (each photo).
3. Above quotation is not included service listed
below :ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS :
- Plumbing Work (inlet & outlet relocation / sink connection)
- Wiring Work (power point / looping / switch / socket / etc)
- Hood Installation (installation / ducting / coring)
- Dismantle Work (remove existing cabinet)
4. The effective period for deposit is 1 year, our company reserve the right to change the unit price after proceeding by 1 year.

5. Any postponement of delivery date will only be attended 2 weeks before the original confirmed date.
- Customers are given a chance to postpone his/her installation date (FOC).
- Last-minute postponement of installation date will be charged at RM 180 per day for warehouse fees.
