HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY

Y&S ILHAM JAYA SDN BHD gives the highest priority to health, safety and
environment matters where ever we operate. We are committed to
reducing the risks and hazards to health, safety and environment from our
activities and services. Y&S ILHAM JAYA SDN BHD will take proactive steps
towards achieving this goal and preservation of the environment we work
in.

Our facilities are operated and maintained to minimize risks and in

accordance with legal requirements, industry standards and best
practices. We will provide resources, system and training to maintain and
exceed these standards.

We will instigate and maintain open communications with our employees,

contractors, clients and interested parties on our health, safety and
environment expectations, commitment and standards.

As part of our continue improvement efforts, we will periodically review

our health, safety and environmental policy, system and procedures to
ensure their continued relevance.

We will maintain effective contingency plans, emergency response plan

resources to respond to any unplanned situation.

We will set Health, Safety and Environmental business and individual goals
which shall be of equal importance to any project or economic goals.

We will ensure that our contractors re competent as competent as a

minimum that their HSE policies, standards, system and procedures are
compatible and comply with Y&S ILHAM JAYA SDN BHD HSE Policy and
Management System.
