Respected Sir,

We are producing a price quotation for renovation of East Bengal Academy , Rajdanga and the job
description are as follows:

PART A

1) Exterior and interior wall repair by cement sand mortar along with Materials and Labour Rs. 20250/-

2) Interior wall painting by one coat primer and two coats Acrylic paints 16500 sqft @ 14 Rs. 2,31,000/-

3) Interior wall putty two coats 1800 sqft @ 8/- Rs. 14,400/-

4) Interior wall salt petre and Damp treatment 1180 sqft @ 19/- Rs. 22420/-

5) Exterior wall painting by one coat exterior primer and two coats Weather coat 6400 sqft @ 12/- Rs.
76,800/-

6) White ant pest control treatment at inside and outside area 18000 sqft 6/- Rs. 1,08,000

7) Safety Tank Cleaning repair for changes of 3 no’s including cover , and Cleaning of Sewage Pipe ,
Rainwater pipe and changing as per requirement outside the building Rs. 35,250

8) Inside floor acid wash , Toilet repair and Cleaning, Commode Maintenance Rs. 18,150/-

9) Water pipeline cleaning and Changes as required. Tap call Maintenance and changes, Water tank
repair and maintenance Rs. 20,200/-

10) Changes of Fibre Door 4 pcs @ 5000/- Rs. 20,000/-

11) Synthetic enamel Painting on Door, window, Grill etc 3500 sqft @ 11/- Rs. 38,500/-

12) Tin changes at roof Rs 5000/-

13) Electrical Maintenance , Wires and Switch changes Rs. 24,700/-

a) Covering and Casing of Meter Room.

b) LED light for 15 Rooms and 10 Washroom along with Stairs and Common area as per requirement.

c) Stand Fan 12 pcs and Ceiling Fan 15 Pcs Servicing.

d) New Holder with Cover for whole Building as per requirement.

e) Air Conditioner and Geyser Line checking.

f) Changing Wires as per requirement.

g) Whole Flat Electric Distribution Box Checking and Repair.

h) Maintenance of Electric Covers for Dining , Kitchen (Fan, Refrigerator, Lights) and Washroom on Roof

Important Points :

1) GST @ 18%
2) Price is quoted at Supply cum Apply basis
3) Electric, Water, Labour Hut must be provided by Authority
4) Advance payment of 50% must be paid at the beginning of Work and Final Payment should
be Paid within 7 days after submission of Bill.
