Explore “Interactive Presentations”


Presentations should never be BORING!! It’s time to listen to your audience and
bring more interactivity into your presentations!

Your task is to explore an interactive presentation platform and reflect on your


experience.
Where do you start?
You should start by looking at some of the online presentation tools provided below!
Start with signing up and getting a new account. Try to explore different possibilities
each software offers. And also think about if you want to use it for your future
teaching. Why or why not?

Take a screenshot of the interactive presentation platform you explored and paste
it into a Doc. list the tool you used, discuss your experience of making interactive
presentations and explain how it can be used in a classroom setting. Submit your
doc labeled First Name _ Last Name-Interactive Presentation.

● Poll Everywhere: Poll Everywhere helps you gather live responses for your students in

● Voicethread: Voicethread can Transform media into collaborative spaces with video,
voice, and text commenting. Luckily, we can get advanced features with our Ohio

● Glogster: Glogster is a cloud-based platform for creating presentations and interactive

● Slatebox: Slatebox is a collaborative mind mapping and concept drawing application
that you can also use for presenting concepts. Website: https://slatebox.com/

presentations more engaging. Therefore, you are encouraged to explore the first 4 tools listed above
for the synchronous online presentations. You are also encouraged to google “interactive
presentation” and look beyond the tools listed above.
