avers that:
1. The above-mentioned case is set for hearing on

2. The third and fourth witnesses to be presented by the

are both residing in ______________;

3. Both witnesses are already of advanced age and have

difficulty in moving around, thereby limiting their mobility. The
fear of contracting the dreaded COVID 19 is likewise hindering
the witnesses from leaving the safety of their respective homes;

4. Due to this predicament, witnesses through the

undersigned counsel, seek the conduct of the presentation of
their testimony through videoconferencing via Zoom or Google
Meet. Invitation to join Zoom or Google Meet may be sent to the
Petitioner’s email address at ___________;

5. Said Motion is not intended for delay but is based solely

on the foregoing purpose.

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully
prayed that the witnesses for the Petitioner be allowed to attend the

videoconferencing, and that the notice of hearing through
